Senior SDR Who Builds the System Too | B2B SaaS | Outbound + Automation | Multi-Channel
I don't just run outbound. I build the system behind it.
4 years in B2B SaaS outbound, $250K+ in deal revenue influenced, open to Senior SDR / GTM roles. Based in Bengaluru, India.

A reply, referral, or buying signal comes in from one of the 800+ accounts I run at BigCity Promotions, and the workflow picks it up in real time.
Four years across Practo, Outleap, LimeChat, and BigCity Promotions, owning deals end to end from first cold touch to closed-won. But the part most SDRs skip is what I actually care about: I build the systems that make outbound work, not just run them.
Nobody asked me to build an outbound automation engine - Clay, Zapier, n8n, and GMass, wired together from scratch on zero budget with no engineering support. I did it because a working pipeline beats a full calendar of manual busywork. I wanted to own the system, not just run it.

Wins by company
Four years, four stops, one thing that didn’t change.
- Full-cycle outbound across 800+ accounts spanning FMCG, Consumer Durables, Personal Care, and BFSI.
- Built and run the outbound automation engine powering the whole pipeline.
- $110K influenced across 3 campaigns and climbing.
- Owned category pipeline from zero - no playbook, no inherited leads.
- Multi-channel outbound across calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Landed 15 D2C e-commerce logos in two quarters; WhatsApp outreach outperformed email 2x on connect rate.
- Study Abroad vertical - inbound and outbound SMB motion.
- Grew the referral channel into 22–23% of company revenue, up from 16%.
- $40K+ influenced through referral-led deals.
- High-velocity SMB outbound to healthcare practitioners and clinics.
- Onboarded medical establishments onto SaaS products across the Tier 2 market.
- $7K biggest deal closed in a fast, high-volume motion.
Because outbound shouldn’t run on elbow grease alone.
Outbound Sales Automation Engine
Managing 800+ accounts manually - enrichment, follow-ups, CRM updates - was eating hours that should've gone to actual selling.
A zero-budget stack wired solo: Clay for enrichment waterfalls across multiple data providers, so a miss on one source doesn't leave a contact unenriched; Zapier for orchestration; GMass for sending; Zoho CRM synced to check for existing records before writing, avoiding duplicates.
800+ contacts running on automated 5-touch sequences. Manual per-lead time cut from roughly 30 minutes to about 7.
AI-Powered Voice Bots
Prototyped an AI voice bot for outbound qualification during a company hackathon. Took runner-up - then watched it graduate from side-project to an actual product offering.
Learning the tools before I lean on them.

n8n Quickstart
Completed n8n's foundational course on building automated workflows: triggers, nodes, and connecting apps and APIs to move data between systems without manual intervention. First step into treating automation as infrastructure, not just a productivity hack.

Essentials: Your First Workflows
Completed hands-on coursework in core n8n concepts: conditional logic, data transformation, and multi-step sequencing, applied through guided exercises. Currently rebuilding my self-built outbound automation stack (Clay, Zapier, GMass) in n8n as a live project.
Open to Senior SDR / GTM roles. Let’s talk pipeline.
